Headrest Pad, Flat w/ Smooth Cover, 6" x 6"
The Flat Pads have 4-way stretch material on the contact surface that easily wipes clean. Under the cover is a wood base with 2 layers of foam (total foam thickness is 1-1/2"). The 1/2-inch bottom layer is a firm foam to support the shape and the top 1-inch is a softer poly foam for comfort.

Flat Headrest Pads are designed to fit Therafin's ball mount or flat mount headrest hardware with a triangular mounting pattern. You may also use other headrest mounting brackets with a 1" diameter mounting ball. Retaining ring not included with headrest pad. Headrest mounting bracket must be ordered separately.
