Headrest Pad, Pro-Fit Soft Pad w/ Smooth Cover, 5 x 14
The Pro-Fit Soft Headrest Pads have a steel back plate covered with 1.5" thick comfortable foam and a removable smooth cover with a zipper on the back. Use with Therafin's Multi Axis or Surelock headrest hardware, or a headrest mounting bracket with a 1" diameter mounting ball. Does not include any mounting hardware.

ProFit Soft Headrest Pads are designed to fit a headrest mounting bracket with a 1" diameter mounting ball. Retaining ring not included with headrest pad. Headrest mounting bracket must be ordered separately.
