This kit includes hardware to attach a base to a PDG Fuse wheelchair. The base is ordered separately and has a special slot configuration. The seating MUST be set up as a 2 piece cushion and base . The hardware requires the included spacer (3/4") to be utilized under the base (between the base and the wheelchair). This hardware is only for use with a PDG Fuse wheelchair.
