This Adapt-A-Tray Kit is a fully customizable system for quick and easy positioning of the arms, hands and equipment with the following characteristics:

• Soft and cushioned for positioning arms and hands, along with equipment and activities
• Has hook and loop material on the front and back for quick and easy attachment of straps and equipment without the use of tools
• Can be used to improve function, increase attention to task with tactile input from blocks and straps, and help reduce self injurious behavior
• Kit includes a variety of blocks in all available sizes with individual part numbers provided: 2 of the 3 1/2" 3 1/2" blocks (32332) 2 of the 3 1/2" X 6" blocks (32333), 2 of the 6" X 3 1/2" blocks (32335), 2 of the 6" X 6" blocks (32335), 1 of the 12"x 6" blocks (32336), and 1 of the 12" X 12" blocks (32337)
